How can I change my password?
When you first log in to the LMS, you will be given the option to change your password. However, you may want to change it again after logging in.
To do that, follow these steps.
Click the person icon in the top right hand corner
Click the ‘my account’ button
Click the ‘change password’ button on the sidebar
Then type your current password in the current box and your new password in the new password box
Make sure it meets all the requirements listed in the password box
Click the 'apply changes' button
If you chose to log in using your Microsoft account, you will not be able to change your password and will be directed to contact your IT Support Team to make changes.
How do I log in to my account?
If you already have an account on the LMS and want to log in, follow these instructions.
To log in to your account:
Go to my.maguiretraining.co.uk
Log in using your details
Click the ‘log in’ button
Alternatively, if you want to log out:
To log out, click the person icon in the top right hand corner
Click the ‘log out’ button
If your organisation allows Microsoft authentication, you can click the ‘Microsoft Work Account’ button instead and that will automatically log you in using the email address registered to your Microsoft account.
I am trying to add a new user but I get an authentication error message. Why is this happening?
If you get an authentication error message when trying to add a user, this typically means that the user already has an account on the LMS. Please check your department to see if the user already exists. If you cannot find the user in your department, email elearning@maguiretraining.co.uk and we can check if a user is registered to a different organisation.
I received a password reset email but the link has expired. What do I do?
The link in password reset emails expires in 3 days (72 hours) so if you've clicked it within 3 days of receiving it, you're in luck! However, if you are accessing it after 3 days, your link will have expired.
To get the email resent, please email elearning@maguiretraining.co.uk and a member of the team will be able to send you another email.

I want to buy a module with my credits. How can I do this?
It's great that you want to buy a module - we think you'll love it. We have hundreds of modules for you to choose from, so there will be something for everyone.
Here are the steps for you to purchase a module:
Click the ‘store’ button
Click ‘see course information’ on the module you wish to purchase
If you want to find a specific module, use the search bar or you can sort by category.
Click the ‘purchase course’ button – you will be told how many credits it will cost and if you do not have enough, you will be prompted to buy some more
You can then press ‘load my registration’ to open the course
You can also purchase our newest courses via the dashboard. Click ‘learn more’ underneath the module you wish to buy and then follow steps 3 and 4.
I'm a department manager and my department has ran out of credits. How can I get some more?
As a department manager, your organisation manager can supply you with more credits from the organisation pool.
To request more credits from your organisation:
Click the 'my department' tab
Click the 'request more credits' button
Enter the amount of credits needed and any additional message you want to add
Click 'submit'
This request will then go to your organisation manager who can assign some more credits to your specific department.
I'm an organisation manager and my organisation has ran out of credits. How can I get some more?
As an organisation manager, you would need to contact Maguire Training to receive more credits.
To request more credits from Maguire Training:
Click the 'my organisation' tab
Click the 'request more credits' button
Enter the amount of credits needed and any additional message you want to add
Click 'submit'
This request will then go to a Maguire Training team member who can authorise the addition of more credits. This will be in accordance with the signed usage agreement.

What do I get for completing a Maguire Training module on the LMS?
If you have completed a module from Maguire Training on the LMS, you will get:
A certificate certifying that you have passed
1 CPD point per module
A set of course notes
A transcript
A Personal Action Plan
For a module to be completed, the progress bar must show passed with 100%. If your module isn't showing 100%, reopen the course and use the navigation to click through each lesson again, making sure to scroll to the bottom. You don't need to rewatch the videos or redo the quizzes, just click through each section again. If you scroll through again, this usually resolves the issue.
