Aim: The delegate will be able to understand what mindfulness is and how it can be used to manage one's self and others.
By the end of this module the delegate can:
- Understand the concept of mindfulness
- Utilise a mindful approach to help you overcome difficult emotions like fears, worries or any kind of internal struggle you may have
- Identify techniques that will enable you to slow down the chatter of your mind and feel a greater sense of well-being
- Demonstrate a greater understanding of yourself and discover how you might let go of critical judgements
